利用規約

Onigirin（おにぎりん）は、番号付きのデジタルおにぎりカードを提供するデジタルコレクティブル・サービスです。

本サービスは投資商品ではなく、NFT・暗号資産・ブロックチェーンとは一切関係ありません。値上がり・配当・換金性はありません。

1回のチェックアウトにつき、Onigirin Genesis Card を1枚発行します。価格は1枚 ¥300（税込）です。

同じメールアドレスで何度でも購入できますが、そのつど新しいチェックアウトが必要で、新しい番号のカードが発行されます。

物理的なおにぎりや現物商品の発送はありません。

決済が確認され次第、ご登録のメールアドレス宛に受け取り用リンクを送信します。リンクからカード画像をダウンロードできます。

メールが届かない場合は迷惑メールフォルダをご確認のうえ、お問い合わせください。

購入者の壁への公開表示を選択した場合、カード番号、ニックネーム、任意で入力した国、40文字以内の任意のメッセージが公開される場合があります。国とメッセージは必須ではありません。

公開表示を選択しない場合、これらの情報は購入者の壁に表示されません。

メールアドレス、受け取りリンク、決済情報などの非公開情報が購入者の壁に表示されることはありません。

違法・攻撃的・スパム的・他人を害する内容、または公序良俗に反する内容は、予告なく非表示または削除することがあります。

購入により、発行されたカード画像を個人的な用途で保存・表示・共有できます。

購入は Onigirin のブランド・ロゴ・キャラクターに関する権利の移転を意味しません。

不正な決済手段の利用、他者へのなりすまし、サービスの妨害行為を禁止します。

購入者の壁に投稿されたメッセージが、違法・攻撃的・スパム的であると判断された場合、予告なく非表示または削除することがあります。

本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、メンテナンス等により一時的に利用できない場合があります。回線障害や決済事業者の不具合等による損害について、当方は法令上許される範囲で責任を負いません。

本規約は必要に応じて改定されることがあります。改定後の内容は本ページに掲載します。

Onigirin is a digital collectible service that issues numbered digital onigiri cards.

It is not an investment product and has nothing to do with NFTs, crypto or blockchain. There is no resale value, dividend or return.

Each checkout issues exactly one Onigirin Genesis Card at ¥300.

You may purchase again with the same email address, but each purchase requires a new checkout and produces a new uniquely numbered card.

No physical product is shipped.

Once payment is confirmed, we email a private claim link to the address you provided. You can download your card image from that link.

If the email does not arrive, please check your spam folder and contact us.

If you choose to appear on the public Buyer Wall, your card number, nickname, optional country, and optional message of up to 40 characters may be displayed publicly. Country and message are optional.

If you do not choose public display, this information will not be shown on the Buyer Wall.

Your email address, private access link, payment information, and other private account data will never be displayed on the Buyer Wall.

Content that is illegal, offensive, spam, abusive, harmful to others, or otherwise inappropriate may be hidden or removed without notice.

You may keep, display and share your card image for personal use.

Buying a card does not transfer any rights in the Onigirin brand, logo or characters.

Fraudulent payments, impersonation and interference with the service are prohibited.

Messages posted to the buyer wall that are illegal, offensive or spam may be hidden or removed without notice.

The service is provided “as is” and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages caused by network issues or payment provider failures.

These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page.
