返金ポリシー

Onigirin はデジタル商品です。1回のチェックアウトにつき1枚、価格 ¥300 のカードを発行します。

決済が確認され、カードが発行・提供された時点で販売は確定となり、キャンセル・返品・返金はお受けできません。

「気が変わった」「間違って購入した」「思っていた内容と違った」などのお客様都合による返金はお受けできません。

二重請求が発生した場合。

お客様が承認していない不正な決済であることが確認できた場合。

当方のシステム不具合により、カードが発行されない・受け取れないことが確認できた場合。

決済日から30日以内に、決済に使用したメールアドレスと購入日時を添えてご連絡ください。確認のうえ、対象と判断した場合は元の決済手段へ返金します。

Onigirin is a digital product. Each checkout issues one card at ¥300.

Once payment is confirmed and the card has been issued and made available, the sale is final — no cancellations, returns or refunds.

Change of mind, accidental purchase, or “it wasn’t what I expected” are not eligible for a refund.

Duplicate charges for the same purchase.

Payments confirmed to be unauthorized by the cardholder.

Verified system failures on our side that prevented your card from being issued or claimed.

Contact us within 30 days of payment with the email address used at checkout and the purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
